Help with FORUM MODERATORS Empty Help with FORUM MODERATORS

Hi. Can anyone tell me if the paid monthly account is required to use the moderator feature on Weebly forums? If it's available on the free forum, I can't figure out where you change the moderator information to make it active. Thanks. -Rob
